Cowboy Logic Coffee – Refund & Return Policy

At Cowboy Logic Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our coffee and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Fresh Coffee Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as an incorrect roast, damaged packaging, or other quality concerns—please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Non-Perishable Items (Equipment & Merchandise)

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is damaged or incorrect.

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may request a refund or replacement. To be eligible, contact us at cowboylogiccoffee@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo and description of the issue.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
